How Davido Cheated Me After Signing My Artist, Peruzzi - Record Label Boss Blows Hot, Gives Details

The owner of a Nigerian record label has blown hot, accusing pop star, Davido of cheating him by signing his artiste, Peruzzi.
Peruzzi and Davido

Patrick Anyaene, the owner of Golden Boy Entertainment, has alleged that singer David Adeleke, aka Davido, has treated him unfairly following the signing of his former artiste, Peruzzi, to Davido Music Worldwide.

The feud started on Instagram during the week when Anyaene wrote that Davido wouldn’t have had hit songs since November last year but for him.

Speaking with Sunday Scoop, Anyaene said that he had issues with Perruzi particularly, not David.

He stated, “I don’t have problems with Davido; I have issues with Perruzi, my artiste. All the songs Davido released since last year November are my records. They are my records because those songs were written by my artiste. Songs like Fia, Ada, Mind by DMW, Aje by DMW and other songs they might be working on now are all the property of Golden Boy Entertainment.”

He explained that when he found out that Peruzzi gave songs to Davido, he felt bad about it. But, according to him, after having a one-on-one discussion with Davido, they agreed on how he would be settled or rewarded.

“Peruzzi has been going for shows and getting paid; I have been patient with them since November. I am unhappy because I have not been settled. As a businessman, when you invest money in an individual, you expect a return.

“Davido has given Peruzzi some guts to do whatever he likes; he has forgotten that he signed a contract with me and I have lawyers on the case.

“Perruzi started working with me in 2016 and I was paying him salary. I officially signed him in 2017 for a three-year contract. He has breached a contract and he is an ingrate,” he lamented.

The CEO insisted that he knew what actions to take but he didn’t want to appear like an enemy of progress and he wanted the best for Peruzzi.

He added, “I want everyone to shine, but if you disrespect me, I have the power to bring you down. We agreed I would get royalties from all the songs written by Peruzzi and get paid periodically. It was a verbal agreement; for us to meet and put everything into a paper agreement, they are pretending to be busy.

“I am just being tactical about the whole issue; they have cheated me. Though I am aware that Davido always gets away with things, I know how to deal with them. I plan to settle things without attracting any drama, but if Davido wants to take me for granted, I will expose them. For all the songs they have released, I have original copies and I can drop them if I desire to. I also have screenshots of my conversation with Davido that can implicate him.”

Let's Learn More About How to Get Cheap Auto Insurance

          Image result for auto insurance

Do you have the right car insurance? Well, many people think that it is a must to have the right car insurance. It will be better if you get the best one with cheap auto insurance. While most people know whether they have liability, collision or comprehensive coverage, some people pay much attention to their insurance coverage until after they have been in an accident, the others just do not really care about it.
Shopping for car insurance is an important planning topic that is often overlooked since most teenagers are added to mom and dad's insurance policy when they first get behind the wheel and then later shop for the least expensive policy when they have to the pay the bill on their own. In this article, we will be discussing car insurance coverage and so you will get some tips to help you get the most for your money.
Cheap auto insurance has two primary benefits. The first one is protecting your assets and the second one is protecting your health. Getting the proper coverage is the first step in the process. These are the basic types of coverage with which most people are familiar:
1. Liability: This coverage pays for third-party personal injury and death-related claims, as well as any damage to another person's property that occurs as a result of your automobile accident.
2. Collision: This coverage pays to repair your car after an accident. It is required if you have a loan against your vehicle because the car isn't really yours - it belongs to the bank, which wants to avoid getting stuck with a wrecked car.
3. Comprehensive: This coverage pays for damage incurred as a result of theft, vandalism, fire, water, etc. If you paid cash for your car or paid off your car loan, you may not need collision or comprehensive coverage.
In addition to the coverage listed above, other optional coverage types include the following:
a. Full Tort/Limited Tort: Your insurance will be reduced by a few dollars if you give up the right to sue when you get an accident. However, giving up your rights is rarely a smart financial move.
b. Medical Payments/Personal Injury Protection: Personal injury protection pays the cost of medical bills for the policyholder and passengers. If you have good health insurance coverage, this may not be necessary.
c. Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage: This type provides for medical and property damage coverage if you are involved in an accident with an uninsured or underinsured motorist.
d. Towing: Towing coverage pays for a tow if your vehicle cannot be driven after an accident. If you are a member of an automobile service, or if your vehicle comes with roadside assistance provided by the manufacturer, this coverage is unnecessary.
e. Glass Breakage: Some companies do not cover broken glass under their collision or comprehensive policies. In general, this coverage is not worth the long-term cost.
f. Rental: This insurance option covers the cost of a rental car, but rental cars are so inexpensive that it may not be worth paying for this coverage.
g. Gap: If you demolish that $35,000 sport-utility vehicle 10 minutes after you drive it off the lot, the amount the insurance company pays is likely to leave you with no vehicle and a big bill. The same thing applies if your new set of wheels gets stolen. Gap insurance pays the difference between the blue book value of a vehicle and the amount of money still owed on the car. If you are leasing a vehicle or purchasing a vehicle with a low, or no, down payment, gap insurance is a great idea.

9 Tips To Consider Before You Apply For A Personal Loan

    personal loans

1. Opt for the best deal
You can use this type of loan for a myriad of purposes. You can use it to make an investment or consolidate the debt on your credit card, for instance. You may also want to read up on other types of loans to meet your needs.
2. Work the best lender
Some good sources include online lenders, credit unions and banks. The terms and the rate of interest may be different based on the lender you opt for. Therefore, it's better to shop around and look for one that can cover your needs.
3. Don't ignore the fine print
Make sure you know the loan terms. Don't forget to go over the fine print. Based on your budget, you should decide whether the repayment terms are fine with you. Keep in mind that you may have to pay late payment fees as well.
Since lenders get paid in the form of interest, you may have to pay some fee in case of late payments.
4. Your credit rating should be accurate
The interest rate associated with your personal loan may be different based on your credit score. For example, if you have a bad credit score, you may have to pay 20% more in terms of interest. Therefore, it's a good idea to ensure that your credit rating is accurate.
5. Consider the origination fees
Although you will find some lenders offering lower rate of interest, keep in mind that they may charge a special fee that may increase the interest rate. Therefore, it's better to use a lender with a high rate instead of one who may add an origination fee.
6. Consider your limits
This is important. Before you apply for a loan, don't forget to get a better idea of your financial situation. In other words, you should only go for an amount that you can easily pay off.
7. Consider the automatic withdrawals
During your research, you may find that some lenders are ready to offer incentives if you allow them access to your bank account for automatic withdrawal of your loan payment each month.
8. Repayments
If you find it hard to make your payments, you may want to take a look at the other options that you may have. Can you make changes to the loan terms? Is the lender ready for arbitration?
9. Variable rate or fixed rate
Can you choose a fixed or variable interest rate on your loan? Usually, a variable-rate loan allows you to begin with a lower interest rate, but it will involve risk as well. With the rise of the interest rate, the variable rate will also go up. As a result, you will have to make higher monthly payments.
So, you may want to consider these 9 tips before you apply for a personal loan.

Banky W finally replies after a lady mocked him for driving an old car

Read the full letter below.
“Dear Stalker,
"In response to the cringe-worthy, creepy video you made about my wife and I, I think there are some things you need to know.
"First of all, poverty will never be my portion inJesus name. Also, it is a 2008 Range Rover Sport, not a 1999. Amen and Lol. Oh, and additionally, it’s currently for sale to the highest bidder. I had decided last month that I’d sell it, and whatever I got for it, I’d hand over to the “Vocational School for the Blind” in Oshodi and the “Pink Oak Cancer Trust Fund”.
“My Aunt volunteers at the school, and she reminded me that they were still trying to raise some money to care for their students, so I came up with a plan. I told her that I’d give my followers the background history of my old car, and get all my celebrity friends who’d sat in it at some point or another to autograph it, and then put it up for an online auction. I figured that since I didn’t need the money from the sale to buy a new one, we could just auction it off and hopefully raise a decent enough amount of money to give back to those in need.
“You see, I’ve never found it necessary to own more than one car. Mostly because I can only ever DRIVE one car at a time; and when I bought the car in 2011, I promised myself that I would never buy another car until I owned the home I live in. To me, owning a nice car might help me LOOK like I was doing okay, but owning a nice home would help me KNOW. The way my mind is set up…what good is owning a Rolls Royce, if I’m still paying rent on the house I park it in?
“Over the years, as my car went from being kind-of-trendy to being just plain old, people around would occasionally wonder out loud about when I would finally buy a nicer one; I’d just smile and say to myself “not until I own my house”. I eventually did buy an additional much smaller car (a Kia), but that was only because I wanted to use it on “Uber”, so my driver could earn extra bonus money for himself and us, in his free time. I wonder how shocked and horrified you would have been if you’d seen me driving that smaller car instead (which, by the way, I do drive, occasionally).
“You might be happy to know that I’ve now FINALLY ordered a newer, nicer, personal car, and my wife has too. We paid for them a month ago, but we will probably never show them to you, because we don’t want you to stalk us again, but also because that’s not really any of your business – much like my old Range Rover wasn’t. The cars we are getting are relatively new this year, but the way my mind is set up, we will probably drive them for as long as possible, until we have stashed away enough money for our future kids’ complete University Education, and until we have secured a hell of a lot more real estate for them to inherit. I’m not sure how long that will take…I’m just grateful that my wife’s mind is set up a lot more like mine, than yours.
“With that being said, dear stalker, since you’ve taken it upon yourself to help me advertise my old car, I just thought it’s only fair to let you know that it’s available for sale and that you can be its next proud owner, should you decide to bid on it. You’d be bidding on a piece of Nigerian Pop Culture history, because the car will come complete with a portrait of my wife and I, and the car & portrait will be autographed by every celebrity friend that I can get to. Everyone… from Wizkid to Tiwa Savage, from 2Baba to Toke Makinwa… from Ebuka to Kemi Adetiba… everyone has been in that car, and I’m gonna try and get them to sign it. More importantly though, if you buy it, you’ll be helping me raise money for the “Vocational School For the Blind” and for the “Pink Oak Cancer Trust Fund”.
“See, there’s a difference between you and I. You look down on people because of what YOU THINK they can or can’t afford. You clearly believe that a man’s worth should be measured by the car he chooses to drive… but I think differently. You would actually look down on the very same people that I’ve looked up to for years. Warren Buffet drives a Cadillac he bought about 7 years ago. Mark Zuckerberg drives an Acura valued at about $30k. Alice Walton (the world’s wealthiest woman) drives a Ford F150. Ikea’s founder, Ingvar Kamprad, drove a 1993 Volvo for over 20 years until someone convinced him that driving at 91 was too dangerous – oh, and he probably doesn’t know the way to the Gucci store, because he buys most of his clothes from the flea market. Google them. All of them drive “old” cars. But all of them are billionaires who’ve built up their fortune while giving back to society and building up the people around them.
“I believe that true greatness and success shouldn’t just be measured by what you are able to get… but also by what you are able to give. While driving my very-old car the last few years, I’ve spent a lot of my time giving to the people around me and giving back to society to the best of my ability. The fact that you’re able to spend time mocking and stalking me outside a grocery store, says a lot more about you than it does about me. I’m just out here minding my business, building my homes and my fortune, while also trying to build up as many people as possible. You should consider doing the same. Sincerely,~ B.W.
"#TheBankStatements.
"PPS: The 2008 Range really IS up for auction. We’re using the car sale to raise money for a worthy cause, so we’ll start the bidding at One Million Naira only, and keep it going until August 31st. So if you’re in the market for a used car, or you’d just like to own a piece of Nigerian Pop Culture history, and you have at least N1m to spend, pls send a DM to @theofficialeme_ and place your bid. Highest Bid wins."
