Nigerian man earning N850K a month relocates to Canada with his family and gets the shock of his life
Yesterday some Nigerians on twitter were expressing worries at the number of Nigerian professionals with very good paying jobs, some with N600k salary, relocating to European and North American countries like Canada and others. Read here.
The comments were quite interesting with some Nigerians sharing their reasons on why they are relocating. A lady with N950k per month sai she is also relocating.
One of the commenters shared the sad story of how his 49-year-old former boss with N850k per month job who relocated with his wife and children and couldn't get a professional job because his Nigerian certificates were not recognised.

Man gets stuck inside sex doll and calls police, what happens next will leave you in tears (video)
In one of the clips from Reno 911, an American Comedy Television series on Comedy central, one of the actors had a really embarrassing moment when he got stuck inside a sex doll and had to make a distress call to 911. When police arrived, they filmed the process of trying to get the man unstuck and it's extremely hilarious to watch.

The man, identified as Andrew, is seen on his motel bed, begging the uniformed officers who responded to his call, not to call for more help, obviously out of embarrassment. But the officers informed him they needed to as they couldn't extricate him from the sex toy on their own.
"I'm in pain," he kept screaming in agony.
"Don't judge me," he also added.
"If you don't want to be judged, don't call the sheriff's department," a male officer replied in exasperation.
The officers had to ask him some uncomfortable questions in order to figure out a way to help him.
"Are you stuck inside or under," a female officer asked.
Andrew replied: "A little bit of all that."
The male officer then said in a cheeky manner: "Can I ask you a question, man to man? And I don't know her very well (referring to the sex doll). Are you going in the front or back cos I honestly can't tell."
Andrew replied: "Right now, I'm doing the front 'cause I already, I sort of messed up the back a little."
It's hard not to laugh at this point as the male officer inhales audibly, then exhales and asks him, "sort of messed up the back?"
To which Andrew replied: "I'm getting judged so completely."
The male officer then faced the camera and said: "Kids at home, in case you're watching, there's a whole lot of predicaments in the world you can get out of with a simple understanding of some physics and some chemistry. So what're you gonna do?"
The officers then warmed up their hands then tried to force the sex doll up. Andrew screamed out in pain at this but it didn't work immediately. After so much effort, they finally succeeded in freeing the man.

Girlfriend stabbed boyfriend, starved him and poured boiling water on to him
A controlling and abusive girlfriend who put her boyfriend through hell by assaulting him, depriving him of food, and banning him from their bed, has been jailed
Jordan Worth, 22, was handed a seven-and-a-half-year sentence at Luton Crown Court on Friday after she admitted carrying out several cruel acts against her ex-boyfriend. The college sweethearts started dating in 2012 when they were both 16 but there were worrying signs from the beginning, the court heard.
The court heard how Jordan, a university graduate, scalded her boyfriend with boiling water and stabbed him at their home in the village of Stewartby, in Bedfordshire, England. The boyfriend suffered from hydrocephalus that was caused by a build-up of fluid inside the skull and made him vulnerable.
In addition to the violence, Jordan also decided what clothes her boyfriend was allowed to wear. It was also reported that she did not let him sleep in their bed for nine months and also took over his Facebook account. It got worse when she began using objects to strike him, wounding him with a knife and then failing to get him any medical help.
The campaign of abuse ended in June when neighbours called police to the couple’s home in the early hours after hearing shouting. The ambulance crew noted injuries to his hand, burns to arms and legs that were being self-treated with cling film. There was also cling film round his ankles, and a hand wound that was bleeding.
The boyfriend was immediately taken to the hospital where it was discovered he had second and third degree burns that left permanent scarring and "5% of his total body surface was scalded." Neighbours added they had often heard the couple arguing and the victim was seen on occasions with black eyes, a limp, and with his arm in sling.
A neighbor told how Jordan was once seen at a window "armed" with a screwdriver or hammer. Jordan was later arrested and admitted charges of controlling or coercive behaviour in an intimate relationship, wounding with intent and causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
The court heard Jordan, who is now in a new relationship, had two sides and came from a loving and supportive family and had previously carried out voluntary work. She was made the subject of a restraining order which prevents her from contacting her ex for an indefinite period. Jordan had discouraged her former partner from contacting his family during the abusive relationship.
Judge Nic Madge said: "She accepts that she has in the past, on a number of occasions, used blunt objects and implements to strike him and that he suffered injuries as a result of her doing so. She accepts using boiling or hot water to cause injury to him."

Mothers-in-law can be a total headache when you don’t relate well to them. As a daughter-in-law, one has to be patient and make sure they are on the right track to avoid drama. When your mother-in-law hates you, it’s going to be a rough road that can break your relationship. If your mother-in-law can’t offer the relationship you have always dreamt of, hang on and look for ways to relate to her.Before you become part of her family, these are signs that show she hates you:
- She excludes you from family events- spending time with family is important when it comes to in-laws because you meet your new clan, create bonds and relate. When your mother-in-law does not include you in her family events, that is a red flag she does not like you. She could be jealous that you are the one that getting more attention from the son or the way you dress is classier than her old school clothes.
- She insults your ethnic heritage- we are living in a generation whereby we are not following traditions. Mothers-in-law are keen with traditions because that’s how they were raised and nothing makes them happier when they see their children following their steps. Once you don’t follow the steps she took as a wife in her days, be ready for negative comments and hatred!
- She demeans your accomplishments- there is nothing fulfilling as your work being recognized and appreciated. You know those parents that are hard to please even after winning medals or being position one? That’s the same case with the mother-in-law. She will never recognize your achievements but critique them and make you start doubting yourself.
- She demoralizes you- this is really hurting especially if there are children in the picture. She will tell you can’t raise the children, allege that all you do is focus on work and pleasing other men. This is a huge sign that your mother-in-law does not like you and she won’t stop till she puts you down! But hey, remember anything she says should never discourage you.
- She talks about her son’s exes- your man has dated other ladies before he settled for you and if your mother-in-law does not like you, she will always bring up his exes and talk how they treated her better and the likes. This is an indication that she is trying to get you off the path and maybe it’s time your man steps in to salvage your relationship otherwise she will take you down!

She said: “When I told my mother that I was pregnant, she simply made me understand that it’s my life, my decision and not hers. Luckily for me, I have amazing parents. I have done my obligations as a child. So, there’s really nothing to worry about.”

It's always an honour when they reach out to me and say, 'we want you to DJ at one of our parties.' You know I did it last year, and the experience was amazing. And then I went back into the house again some weeks ago, and it was good getting to party with the housemates.
I will tell you, it's not easy to be locked up in that zone. If I was the one, I would commit an offence so that they would evict me. Those guys are really trying. The party was good. The feedback was awesome.
